  • Right of Withdrawal: Customers have a cooling-off period of fourteen (14) days after concluding the agreement (subscription) to withdraw without stating any reasons.
  • How to Withdraw: Deleting the application (app) is not sufficient to withdraw from the agreement. A customer wishing to withdraw must do so via their account in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store or the90dc.com. 90DC cannot do this for the customer.
  • No Refunds After Billing Cycle Starts: Subscription fees are charged in advance of each billing cycle. Once a billing cycle has begun, subscription fees are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
  • Paid Content and Services: No refunds are provided for digital products or services that have already been rendered.
